1. Purpose of this draft

This document is a planning artifact. It reflects the terms Opeer intends to publish, before legal review. It is not a final agreement.

2. Nature of Opeer

Opeer is an early-phase marketplace prototype. It connects people who want to get sponsored for events with sponsors, charities and organisers. No escrow, payout or guarantee is offered by Opeer today.

3. No guarantees

Opeer does not guarantee that any sponsorship will be awarded, that any event will be completed, or that any amount will be paid. Sponsorship outcomes depend on independent third-party sponsors.

4. Use of the service

You agree not to use Opeer for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts. This clause is preliminary and will be reviewed before publication.

5. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Opeer is provided without warranty. This clause is intentionally high-level and will be tightened by legal review.
