1. Scope
Sponsorship terms apply only when Opeer offers them. No sponsorship is offered at the time this draft is written. No escrow or payment protection is live.
2. Sponsor responsibilities
A sponsor is responsible for their own legal and regulatory review. Opeer does not vouch for a specific sponsor or event.
3. No guarantee of completion or amount
A sponsorship is only a promise to consider or support an event. Opeer and any sponsor never guarantee that an event will be completed or that a specific amount will be paid.
4. Cancellation
Either party may cancel a sponsorship. Terms of cancellation, and any associated refund, are preliminary and subject to legal review.
